STANDARD ROOMS (204, 109,127,240,235,236)

The standard rooms can be found on ground floor and second level. A standard room comes with two double beds. Rooms have been renovated with porcelain tiles or wood flooring providing guests with a dust free environment. All standard rooms come fully equipped with a mini-fridge, microwave, and a plug in kettle. Cable televisions with up to 48 channels will keep guests entertained. Bathrooms are set up with a shower/bathtub combination with a European vanity and toilet. Rooms also have an independent air conditioning unit for those hot summer days or base board heating for those cold rocky nights. Extra accessories provided include plug in hair dryers, shampoo and conditioner.

KITCHEN UNITS (114, 113)

These rooms come with all the features of our standard room with the exception of a few extras. These units have a full size kitchen that you would find in your home for the guest that will have a longer stay or a more compact efficient kitchen for the short visit. Rooms also have an independent air conditioning unit for those hot summer days or base board heating for those cold rocky nights.

Room 114 has a full size kitchen that includes a double sink, full size fridge and freezer, as well as a 4 element stove and oven, with a cooking exhaust fan and microwave oven. The room can occupy up to 4 people comfortably.

Room 113 has a compact kitchen that includes two mini-fridges with smaller 2 top element cook top as well as a microwave. This room can also occupy up to four people comfortably.

DISABLITY ACCESSIBLE UNITS (115, 137)

We are proud to offer our guest accessible units for guest who are in wheelchair or walkers. These units offer guests the ease of rolling their entire wheelchair into the open face shower, or enjoy the use of a shower sitting chair that is provided for guest's convenience. Doorways and entrances have been purposely widened so that guests that require a greater degree of mobility and range can do so with ease and confidence. Toilets are also specially equipped with guard rails and hand bars so that guest can transport themselves without little or no assistance. These units also have ramp access provide outside the unit as well as being located on the ground floor for peace of mind. Rooms also have an independent air conditioning unit for those hot summer days or base board heating for those cold rocky nights. The accessible unit also has a mini-fridge, microwave, tea kettle and a hair dryer. There is also a kitchen unit in this room type that has four element stove top, sunken kitchen sink, mini-fridge and microwave. These units can sleep 3 to 4 people comfortably.

ONE BED UNITS (215,216,217,116)

For those travelling alone or with a partner we have units with one king, or one queen size bed. These units have all the amenities that you find in a standard room, with the exception of more open space.

FAMILY ROOMS (213,214,228,229)

We are happy to provide our larger families the option of one room. Our family rooms have all the amentias that you find in standard rooms with more space and 3 beds.

Room 213 has two double beds and a hide-a-way-sofa-bed. The room also has a kitchen option. The kitchen has a 4 top element burner, a mini-fridge, and a microwave. This room can sleep up to 6 people.

Room 214 has three double beds all in one room. It also has all the amenities that you would find in a standard room. There is not a kitchen option for this room. This room can sleep up to 6 people.

Room 228 and 229 are very large rooms. These units also have all the amenities that you would find in a standard room. Each of these units has two double beds in the first room and one double bed in the second room. Rooms can be closed off by the privacy door separating the two bedrooms. This family unit also comes with a full size kitchen option. The kitchens have a 4 element stove top burners and a full size oven. The kitchen also has a single sunken deep dish sink and a microwave.

JOINING ROOMS (217,218,219,220,221,222)

The joining rooms also have the standard room amenities. All these units have two double beds in each room. Rooms have a connecting door in the middle allowing access into the other room.

JACUZZI SUITES (223,224,241)

Our Jacuzzi rooms are popular with honeymooners and guests needing to get away. Jacuzzi units come with all amentias offered in a standard room with more extras. These units have a queen or king size bed with wood flooring. There is also a two person, multiple jetted, soaker tub in each of these units. The Jacuzzi rooms also have an option of an outdoor private balcony offering guests a great view of the Rocky Mountains.

INDOOR SALT WATER SWIMMING POOL & HOT TUB

We have recently switched our chlorine pool to a salt water pool. Guest can now enjoy a heated indoor salt water pool without the odor of chlorine. Our kidney shaped pool is 5 feet deep and temperature controlled. The 8 person hot tub is equipped with 12 jets providing guests with warm soak after a long day of driving. The pool and hot tub are open from 5PM to 11PM daily. Complimentary pool towels are provided to guests as well as a shower and change room facilities for guest's convenience.

KICKING HORSE PALACE CHINESE RESTAURANT

Located at the Golden Village Inn the Kicking Horse Palace Chinese Restaurant offers guests the opportunity to indulge into some of the best authentic Asian cuisine. John Au and his staff create colorful spiced enriched dishes that leave taste buds craving. A diverse menu, that offers guests with a variety of options for vegetarians and non-vegetarian.
